   GWA encoding.

   For Transferee, Second Courser, and BPSU Old Returning Student applicants, encode the general weighted
   average (GWA) of your most recent semester's grades based on your institution's grade equivalency
  (encoded GWA must be in whole numbers, not in decimal form).
